Pinnacle Castings LLC (Pinnacle) announces today a significant increased capacity for high volume Zinc and Aluminum Die Castings with the purchase and installation of additional machinery and equipment.  This investment furthers the ability of Pinnacle, and its parent company US Aluminum Castings, to serve its existing and growing customer base  The most notable equipment: 

1. 350 Ton Toshiba DC350CLI, Cold Chamber with Toshiba Ladler and Reciprocating Spray Arm.
2. Gasmac Reverb style Melter Holder.
3. 200 Ton Reed Prentice 1½ Hot Chamber and Unit Holder with the ability to Run four 9” X 9” X 2 7/8” unit dies.
4. Three 60 Ton Hot Chamber 3 Bar Castrim machines.
5. One 40 Ton Hot Chamber 2 Bar Castrim machines.
6. Haas VF 2SS VMC with 4th Axis.
7. Fryer ET18 Lathe.
8. Finishing Equipment (Vibratory Machines)
   • a. Roto-Finish ER-15 (Burnishing machine with Steel Shot)
   • b. Hutson HB-15 (Ceramic media for Pre-Paint finish)

This equipment provides increased capacity and efficiency.  It allows for quicker setups, more castings per hour, and less processing times.  With these efficiencies and improvements, Pinnacle is looking to support its customers’ growing demands. Pinnacle is excited about these additions and looking forward to producing even more high precision aluminum and zinc die castings!
